Hello,

You're not the first one to ask about saved game.

If your saved game is named my_save_game.sav and is located in the
directory my_directory, the command 
civserver -f my_directory\my_saved_game.sav will load your saved game.

I don't know about zlib and windows. If it's available, your saved game
will be saved in compressed format, it's will be my_save_game.sav.gz
instead of my_save_game.sav.
