When you say the latest windows version of Freeciv, do you mean the one that
requires an X server or the native windows version?

Thank-you for your speedy reply, I'm sorry I wasn't more specific.  I am
using the Native Windows version.  I have tried set home=C:\freeciv, but I
still can't get it.  Do you have any more ideas?
