[Freeciv] scripting langague,

On ftp.freeciv.org, in the directory
contrib/development/scripting-language is Fransch first
attemp at using a scripting langague. It comes with a README which
explains how to use Fransch work, an example of plan (a sequel of action),
one how_to and sources of Freeciv compatible with plans (old version).
The main problem is to make the breakthrough. This kind of project needs
time to be completed. Also, knowledges are necessary. Any one interested ?
