There isn't any as long as all is done according to the GPL.

By the way, Olivier Beyssac <ob-lf@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> did a translation in 
french of the freeciv documentation. As Freeciv is hard to understand for
people not accustomed to civilization one or two, it's necessary to
include it. Don't forget also to mention that Freeciv has been
internationalized. By setting the enviromment variable LANG to fr, Freeciv
will be fluent with the language of Molière.
