I received lots of mail asking how to make freeciv work under 95/98/NT.
A port of freeci under windows will be appreciated.

I prefer this option as we already have a gtk+ client.

I don't know which part of the code can cause problems. There are
perhaps some direct calls to X. Personally, I'm for helping you
porting freeciv to windows by changing the code if a portability
problem arise.
