[freeciv] New screenshots.

I made a couple of screenshots showing the following:

 o Post-1.8.0 CVS version using the GTK+ interface and a pixmap theme.

 o Some of the revised unit tiles that show up early in the game when
you use the Ancients modpack.

There are both JPEG and XPM versions of the screenshots.  The XPM is
much larger, but gives a better impression of how the game actually
looks in play (i.e., smoother graduations on the pixmaps and no
compression effects around the text).

p.s. -- Martin, feel free to incorporate these into the FreeCiv site's
screenshot page, if you want them.  There doesn't seem to be anything
using GTK+ on that page yet.
