[Freeciv] civclient.h

I just updated my source here from cvs to take advantage of the gtk
client.  But I get an error in the build process:

gmake[3]: Leaving directory `/u2/freeciv/client/gui-gtk'
gmake[2]: *** No rule to make target `civclient.h', needed by
`civclient.o'.  Stop.
gmake[2]: Leaving directory `/u2/freeciv/client'
gmake[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
gmake[1]: Leaving directory `/u2/freeciv'
gmake: *** [all-recursive-am] Error 2

Any ideas on how to fix this?  civclient.h does not exist and it's not
in cvs that I can find.
