[FreeCiv-Java] New JFreeCiv Stuff on Dubh.Org

I've added some tools on the Dubh.Org server for JFreeCiv which will
hopefully be useful. You might have already seen some of the random emails
from these tools (apologies for the test mail).
The first tool builds jfreeciv if there have been any commits since the
previous build. It mails out the list if the build fails and creates binary
and source snapshot archives and updates the javadoc on dubh.org. In case
anyone's interested, the build environment is a Cobalt OS 5.0 (Linux) box
using Java 1.3.0_02.
The second tool mails out the CVS commit log if non-empty every 24-hours.
So all this means is that now...
You can access JFreeciv javadoc at:
http://balveda.dubh.org/build/jfreeciv/javadoc
and download source and binary snapshots from:
http://www.dubh.org/projects/jfreeciv/downloads.xml
Thanks,
Brian
