[FreeCiv-Java] New snapshot of java client

Added chat window, corrected few bugs, started laying out everything,
added nuke animation (I'm kind of proud of it - left click on any tile
while not having selected unit :)

pngfiles.jar have not changed, so you do not have to download it again
if you have done it already.
You need vanilla 1.8.1 - it will not work with current cvs.
