I have covered ChangeLog-trunk-since-2.0 from the start 17 Apr 2005 to
15 Jan 2006 when the S2_1 branch was created, and then the gna.org
commit archives up until today.

*phew*

The lion's share of the work should be done as of this. Please just
check so 'Present admins', 'Monetary donations' and all the minor
headers are up to date.
