2.1.0 Beta SVN GTK2 (at least)

The game option menue accessible from the new game screen hides this and other
save game related options. I think this is not good, even if it's meant to make
starting of new games easier.

Once a game is started, you can access these options through the server
options menue. But I tend to forget to do the changes then (saveturns=1,
prefix, for me).
