Freeciv gtk2-client is crashing on cygwin,
I have gtk2-2.8.6 installed from cygwin-ports.
I get the following error:

Sprite 't.dither_tile' in file
'/usr/local/share/freeciv/amplio/terrain1.spec' isn't within the image!
0: Detected fatal error in tilespec.c line 1996:
0: Sprite tag t.dither_tile missing.
assertion "FALSE" failed: file "shared.c", line 716
Aborted (core dumped)
Freeciv gtk2-client is crashing on cygwin,
