Hi,

can you please add a configure check for Cario
that adds HAVE_CAIRO
and in the gtk code we check for HAVE_CAIRO and use the cairo based methods,
etc.

I am in the process of adding all the HAVE_CAIRO checks for trunk.

can you send a small patch to for adding a configure check for cairo.
