[Freeciv-Dev] problem with RT

Apologies for using the list for this. I'm not sure where else to go.

I'm not able to open new bug reports, either by sending an email to
bugs@xxxxxxxxxxx or using the bugs.freeciv.org web interface.

Emails bounce back to me with an error stating "No permission to create
tickets in the queue 'incoming'". The web interface just shows an empty
menu next to the "new ticket in" button; clicking the button returns and
error page with "Queue could not be loaded".

I've tried changing my account's email address, but I still have the
same problems. (The correct address is the one I'm sending this email
from.) I also sent a couple of emails to rtadmin@xxxxxxxxxxx over the
past two weeks, but haven't received a reply (my apologies to the admin
if he's just been too busy).

If anyone could help me get my RT account working, I'd appreciate it.
