[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#15623) Request: Downloads pages redesign

A humble request of redesign of the downloads pages on freeciv.org.

Why? Because: 1. A lot of goodies are hidden in the 'More downloads' 
page that is only accessible from the _bottom_ of the main download 
page; 2. The 'More downloads' page itself is IMHO way to cluttered and 
long.

I can attempt a redesign myself at some point (though a test page at 
first, of course). I asked Vasco for full wiki write access but haven't 
heard from him yet.
