I added title 'Inca' for Incan rulers (this was an actual imperial 
title, I can look up the article where I read it again if someone is 
interested): However, it cause an issue with localization, as titles 
and nation names need to be translated differently (at least in 
Swedish). Will this patch fix the problem?

BTW, I've been wondering how to translate these ?[prefix]:[something] 
strings: I mean, should the prefix be translated or nor, or even 
included in the translated string? All po's handle this differently...
