SVN S2_0 26 Oct GTK2 Linux

Doesn't report the researched tech, but reports the current target twice 
instead. Not present in 2.06.

This is after researching Railroad

Game: Learned Industrialization.  Our scientists focus on 
Industrialization, goal is The Corporation.
