Here's a different update for the Greek nation. Just the city list is  
updated and is based on the work of Thanasis Kinias from the mailing  
list archives (see below.) I retained the order of the current city  
list, using his rendering of Greek names. Plus a number of new city  
names he introduced in later revisions, sorted in order of population.

He had another version of the city list, where all cities were sorted  
in order of (historical) population, but that had the effect that  
almost all “famous” historical cities ended up far down on the list.

Oh, and all Macedonian cities are still around this time. Don’t worry.
