A patch to implement Babylonian and Celtic city styles in Amplio
tileset and use them in various nation rulesets.

Babylonian style is used in Mesopotamian nations (including modern ones
like Iraqi.) Also a few Mesoamerican nations like Inca and modern
Mexican.

Celtic style is used with nations that are Celtic or have a Celtic
heritage: on the British isles as well as French, Belgian. Also used in
North American nations (both Amerind and Modern) for variation. (In
general, American nations are a mix of all city styles but Asian.)

I also made all Mediterranean nations, old and modern alike, use the
Classic style. Also Oceanian nations like Indonesian, Filipino and
Australian etc are made Tropical.
