Here it is. Macedonian flag already present. It is "stealing" ruler 
Cleopatra from Egypt. This might seem odd, but she actually was a ruler 
(or rather a succession of rulers with the same name) of Ptolemaic 
Egypt, a Macedonian-Egyptian dynasty founded by Alexander the Great 
after his conquest of the country. See for example

Improved Greek nation and Macedonian nation can be committed together 
at a later stage.
