Yes this is a very good initiative that allows further development of 
nations! I can provide a patch that implements it on more nations later 
on.

Just a question: This patch added the conflicts_with tag to Italian and 
British nations. Should they go into Roman as well as English, Scottish 
and Welsh nations too? Otherwise it won't work the other way around, 
will it?
