[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#14096) Data: Improved Greek nation

This is a modified Ancient Greek nation. It is partly an intermediate 
edit towards adding a Macedonian nation (finished but not yet posted.)

The city and leader names are revised to native Greek orthography, 
instead of the Latin names established after Roman conquest.

Other changes to city list:
- Placed two early Greek cultural centers at top of list: Mykenai 
(Mycenae) and Knossos. Athenai (Athens) on third place.
- Cities on ancient Macedon territory are moved to upcoming Macedonian 
nation: Thessalonica, Pella, Edessa, Pydna, Therme, and Amphipolis.

Also added:
- Leader Alkibiades.
- Ruler title Despot
