[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#13826) Patch: Improved Mongol nation

- Revised spellings of a few leader and city names (typically settled 
with a Google fight).
- Added the suffix "Lenk" to Timur.
- Added a few more leaders.
- Switched civil war nation "russian" with "korean". Though Russia is 
close to Mongolia geographically, the Mongols are linguistically and 
ethnically much closer to the Koreans.
- Expanded city list with several modern Mongolian cities.
