[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#13782) CMA

I think this might be a bug but the version of Freeciv I downloaded does not 
have the CMA tab in the cities window. How can I turn on the CMA or get it to 
work? Do you have a screen shot of what the cities window is supposed to look 
like (like where the cma tab is)?
