Hi,

I am not sure if it is a bug in freeciv. Perhaps it is just incompatibility
of freeciv-2.0.0-beta* with gtk+ 2.4.14.

Anyway, when compiled with this library civclient opens without widgets
i.e. no window title bar, no scrollbar, no window frame, so the window cannot 
be resized using mouse, no resize buttons etc.

Gtk+ 1.2 i Xaw are O.K.
