[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#11968) 2.0.0-beta6: Go on with saved game

After loading saved game several ways:
- with "-f option to civserver";
- with "load <file>" from cviserver's console;
- with "/load <file> command from civclient's console

and later connecting to the server (if not yet connected),
I got message, that "viy is controlled by viy" and /list
shows a single player connected, viy, beeing a human.

Then, it's impossible to continue. The only available command to proceed
is /start. After issuing it, I got a dialog to chose my nation, my name and
style of cities --- and everything starts from the beginning.

How can I go on playing?
