This patch adds to the previous one by removing the sprite cache and
replacing it with an hbitmap cache, and also implements better fog, much
like the GTK2 client.

I also removed some checks from crop_sprite(), as if they fail the
graphics will be messed up anyway.

I'll probably commit it after testing with/porting to the S2_0 branch.
