I apologize, the crashes are mostly in Windows libraries, so probably
quirks, not bugs.
Whatever, attached is the crash RPT.

I was trying out the new XServer on XLiveCD with
freeciv-2.0.0-beta5-win32 binary.

Crashes occured usually when updates where coming and windows popping
up, also once while trying to push a button.

Nice that the AI does diplomacy.
Server commands are a bit hard to vote on when timeout presses, so a
little more GU interface might be nice (Vote 8: /set timeout 180
[/vote yes] [/vote no]), maybe giving the command that triggered the
voting so that newbies learn the /set commands quickly.
