Hi!

Maybe its not a bug, but I can't give the "Stellung halten" (sorry, don't know 
the english translation, keyboars command "s") command to Aircraft-Units when 
they are on an Airbase, although they get new movement points (fuel) on it, 
which seems illogical to me.
