Save Game Dialog Should Allow Multi-Select And Delete

This is a usability problem. The default server settings save the game
every ten steps. This is good since it will allow users to go back
several turns and load any one of several previously saved games.
However, the user will probably also want to delete many or all of these
saved games once they begin a new game (once the original game is over).
However, the dialog which allows deleting only allows you to delete them
one at a time. This should be changed to allow deleting of several games
at once by selecting many items in the list and hitting the delete
button.

Reproduction:
1. Launch FreeCiv after playing a game with the server autosave setting
at its default value.
2. Select "Save Game As..." from the file menu
3. Attempt to select several games from the list to delete them.
--->>> You can't. You must select each one and hit delete. In my last
game there were 30 of these games to delete.
