CVS S2_0 and HEAD, all clients
We have about 20 keys for unit orders, 12 for unit movement/display, 9 for
the map, and 14 that open a dialog or report.
The first 2 groups work with letter and digit keys, shifted and unshifted.
4 Ctrl-keys affect the map display or open a dialog.
But 3 shifted letter keys also open a dialog. These are exeptions from group
1. It was nice if all shifted and unshifted keys are restricted to unit
commands.
These are:
Shift-T: open Tax/Lux/Sci Rates dialog
Shift-F: open Find City dialog
Ctrl-L: open Worklists dialog
Shift-R: open Revolution dialog
We could change the modifier from shift to ctrl here; then all dialogs are
opened by F-keys or Ctrl-keys:
Ctrl-T: open Tax/Lux/Sci Rates dialog
Ctrl-F: open Find City dialog
Ctrl-L: open Worklists dialog
Ctrl-R: open Revolution dialog
Somewhat related is a move of the center command menue item from the View
menue to the Orders menue, at the bottom.
