Need a way to toggle fullscreen mode from menu and keyboard

I love the extra space I get when in fullscreen mode, but on long games,
I prefer to switch back and forth so I can minimize the screen for a
short while. This is an enhancement request to create a menu item for
"Fullscreen" in the "View" menu with a keyboard shortcut that would
allow easier access to the fullscreen mode. It would also make the
feature more discoverable.
