[Freeciv-Dev] Nation Select and Buy Dialog

Hi,
On some WM (Kwin) with the GTK2 client on FreeCiv-beta4, the Nation Select can 
lost the focus and disappear. One other strange thing is done with the Buy 
dialog, it appear without the focus, and when the mouse cursor go into the 
dialog it disappear. This two bug "freeze" the client, the main windows is 
always present but without focus in any way. The solution may be to make non 
modal this two dialogs.
