[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#11229) "Rename..." button doesn't work in gui-gtk-2.0

I open a city dialog and go to settings. Then I press the "Rename..." 
button. It appears to be clicked, but I am not asked for input to give 
the new name in any way. I recall there was a popup for this earlier.

I'm using the CVS version from 27.11. in a Debian GNU/Linux "Sid" 
environment. Savegame available.
