[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#11226) This crashes my game.

the save file found here:

http://www.tcinternet.net/users/tillek/civgame1505.sav.gz

crashes the server.  I am still able to scroll around and select 
cities and stuff but when I hit end turn nothing happens.  I get a 
disconnect message later on.

Any ideas?
