Having set LANG or LC_ALL to anything causes civclient to fail with the
following message:
assertion "src != NULL" failed: file "support.c", line 226
I am running freeciv-2.0.0-beta4 on OpenBSD 3.6. The same happened with
version 1.14.2. I haven't tested any other versions. Note that for civserver
localization works.
