[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#10931) 2.0.0-beta3: Most help-texts missing & enter does not end turn

Bug1:

In-game help is missing all information about specific units, city 
improvements, terrains, technologies, governments and wonders.

Only "static" pages like "Controls", "Combat" or "Terrain -> Terrain 
Alterations" are present.

In short: all pages which contain some information defined by ruleset, seems to 
be missing.

Bug2:

Pressing enter does nothing. According to help-file, it should end turn.

System info:

I installed 2.0.0-beta3 just as I installed beta2 (./configure 
--prefix=/usr/local/freeciv ; make ; su ; make install ; mkdir 
/usr/local/freeciv/bin/server ; mv /usr/local/freeciv/bin/civserver 
/usr/local/freeciv/bin/server --- and then I created a script to cd to 
/usr/local/freeciv/bin and start civserver from there)

I think I have gtk2 client, how could I check this?
OS is SuSe 9.1 personal linux.
