Hi,
     I don't know if this is a bug or just me not doing something that I'm 
supposed to do, but I'm pretty sure I didn't miss anything...

     I'm trying to run FreeCiv 2.0.0 beta3 on MacOS X, with Apple's X11 
implementation and Developer Tools.  I can successfully compile and install 
with:

./autogen.sh --with-included-gettext --enable-client=xaw ; make ; sudo make 
install

I can then run civclient and connect to a server, but when the server starts 
the game, I get dropped with the following error message (in the shell I ran 
civclient in):

0: PNG file has no palette: /usr/local/share/freeciv/misc/buildings.png

I can open this 'buildings.png' file in a picture viewer; it appears to be a 
valid image, not a corrupt file or anything.  By any chance, has anyone else 
tried compiling on a vanilla MacOS X system, either successfully or with 
this same error?
