Correction:

During a game:
(1) Press F6 (or use menu), science report appears
(2) Do not close science report window
(3) switch back to main window
(4) Press F6 again (or use menu)

Expected result: Science window (already open) brought to foreground

Actual result: Nothing happens (giving the impression F6 is broken)
