  I don't know how how long time has gone between messages.

  Patches: #10218 (civilwar.diff, Sep 21)
  Attached autogame
  map.seed: 621592673
  game.seed: 1096060393


  Patches that I were using, but which should make no difference: #10234 
(log_callback_fix.diff, Sep 21), #10304 (ftwl_warnings.diff, Sep 24) and 
some more of my own logging patches

  I have failed to reproduce this from any savegames.
