Now i understand the bug,
at end of a game you get a:
Disconnecting from server.
A local server is still running on port 5557. Use "Connect to Network
Game" to connect to it.
then you clic in a new game instead to conect, no warnign but if you
clic in options 
1: WARNING: trying to send data to the closed connection server
(connection incomplete)
and no window if you clic on back buton

and in new ganme this time

somethin with that is wrong

Note if afeter disconect from the ended game you try to connect insted a
new game you get 

civclient:26884): Gtk-CRITICAL **: file gtktextbuffer.c: line 543
(gtk_text_buffer_emit_insert): assertion `g_utf8_validate (text, len,
NULL)' failed
                       
then this is not posible to conect any way
