It would be really cool to receive an e-mail (or Jabber, or ...) when a
new turn starts. 
I'm currently playing with something like 25 people, and I have to start
my FreeCiv client several times a day just to check if a new turn
started. To make it worst, by itself, it slows down the game, as not
everyone thinks about it several times a day...
