I think something is going wrong in sprite_draw_black_border inside
client/gui-gtk/graphics.c. I'm guessing that either pixmap_image or
mask_image is NULL and that condition isn't checked for.
I'm not sure what changed to make this happen now. It does seem to have
something to do with the black borders around the flags.
