I don't readily believe you. I don't see how you can win a full
length Civ3 game with ICS. It has some limited use in the beginning
phase in certain game setups where early war is possible.

I agree it's boring, and certainly slow, but apparantly there are a
million people who like the "romantic game style".

A lot of work has gone into things like worklists, CMA, generalized
improvements. I would have thought that the coders who worked so hard
would like to see their features put to use for the purpose of
winning this great multiplayer game.
