[Freeciv-Dev] (PR#7023) production change of the same item in city view

It would be great if there's an option in the city view to change the 
production of an item for all cities.

Example:

I produce "Product A" and want all cities working on this to 
produce "Product B". At the moment I have to change this by hand. It 
would be great to have an option for this in the city view which 
changes "Product A" ==> "Product B" in all cities automatically.
