Yes, it makes sense to update the list of servers as they become
available. It now updates every 100 ms for 5 seconds.

(I don't care if the dialog is updated on start, or by clicking on
refresh...)

This is also a problem with the current metaserver dialog: if the
metaserver has no servers, the Metaserver dialog will be tiny.
The patch fixes this for both Meta and Lan servers.
