hi there,

on upgrading from 1.14.0 to the 1.14.1-beta1 (GNU/Linux with GTK+2
client) i noticed a substantial fix in the dodgy window-focus behaviour,
however... there is one window popup which still is not fixed; if you
start a revolution, when the government choice window pops up, it will
always be behind the information dialog, and the info box cannot be
clicked... it is necessary to move the dialog box out of the way and
then choose the government type. (this behaviour gives the impression
that the client has stalled.)

good work with the latest release!
