I've committed the first patch, as an intermediate step. I'd like to see
the split between a viking nation and a Norwegian nation take place, but
first we need a new flag for the vikings.

The flag Andreas attached is not good enough, it is hardly discernible
even at high zoom (sorry). The Hydro logo is good, but unfortunately we
would run afoul of trademark laws if we copied it.

Can someone draw a viking flag? Take a look at the Hydro logo, but only
for slight inspiration ;)
