Good point.  It wasn't my idea to remove the links.  I'm not sure what
the right thing to do is.

I guess I misunderstood your question.  A message to freeciv@xxxxxxxxxxx
from someone not on the list would need to be approved by a moderator.
The password is for the web interface.
