It's long story but...
SDLClient need GUI graphics in theme/defaul dir or this gfxs are loaded 
from specfiles (PR#2497)
Some paths to gfx are hard coded ( intro3.png, logo.png , city.png  and 
font ) in code but new patch will be sent soon.

SDLClient need...
- tech/impr gfx patch
- citizens style patch.(new code is ready)
- loading GUI gfx from specfiles need hash_table patch (PR#2496)

Last unifications of client code made SDLClient draw code obsoleted and 
I currently work on fixing it.

If "others" say something else then ask them about it.
